- No Liability. If you do choose to build links with our service, you agree that you accept all risk in doing so and will not hold Ecommerce Link Builders LTD, EcommerceLinkBuilders.com, Ashley Turner or our partners responsible for any harm or damage that is done to your business. Ultimately we are all at the mercy of Google’s algorithms and if you don’t like the idea of that, you shouldn’t be using a link building service.
- Refunds. We will only provide refunds if the links we deliver do not match the specifications as described on the relevacnt EcommerceLinkBuilders.com service page. All delivered links will meet the relevant DR rating, be placed on real sites with at least 500 organic visitors per month, include at least 1,000 words of content, the placement site will not have a “write for us” page, there will be no author bios or any labelling to suggest your placement page is a guest post/sponsored content, you will not have any existing links from the placement site, the placement passes our internal quality control review (available upon request) and is not on our internal blacklist of known PBN’s/guest posts networks and other publically advertised links we have previously discovered. If a delivered link does not meet these specifications we will offer a replacement or process a refund no questions asked.
- 1 Year Placement Guarantee. All placements should be permanent but if your link is removed for whatever reason within 365 days, we will replace it for you to the same specifications free of charge. If it’s been longer than a year we will ask the placement site to restore the link – just send an email to [email protected] and we will take care of you.
- Dispute Resolution. If there is any kind of dispute, you agree that we will solve it in accordance with these terms of purchase, the terms of service and the privacy policy. If there are any conflicts in these policies, what is stated in these terms of purchase shall prevail.
- Earnings Disclaimer. There is absolutely no guarantee you will increase search traffic or make any money using the EcommerceLinkBuilders.com service. The case studies and testimonials you have seen are all from businesses and individuals who are involved in some sort of business. They already had established SEO strategies and systems in place to convert leads into customers and sales. We are not responsible for your search traffic, earnings and/or results whether positive or negative. We may at times use forward looking statements to encourage you to take action and progress. However these statements are made within the meaning of the securities litigation reform act of 1995. Forward looking statements are statements that give expectations or forecast future events often using words like “believe”, “expect”, estimate”, “project”, “plan”, “anticipate”, “intent” or other words and terms that have similar meanings. - The Entire Agreement. This terms of purchase agreement, along with the terms of service agreement, privacy policy and FTC disclaimer make up the complete agreement between you and EcommerceLinkBuilders.com
